Internship Opportunities
Earthwatch Institute's mission is to promote sustainable conservation of our natural resources and cultural heritage by creating partnerships between scientists, educators and the general public. To realize this mission, Earthwatch Institute has three recognized areas of focus: Research, Education and Conservation. This year, Earthwatch will sponsor over 130 scientific field research projects in 49 countries and 18 American states, making estimated volunteer field grants of $3.7 million.
Those interested in applying for any position should submit their CV or resume to the staff person indicated in the posting, either by e-mail, regular mail, or fax.

- Earthwatch cannot cover relocation costs or travel costs associated with employment.
- Compensation, if it is posted, is a general indicator and does not include any consideration of benefits.
- Internships are volunteer, but may lead to opportunities to participate in Earthwatch expeditions.
