Partnership Elements
Employee Learning and Engagement
The partnership enjoyed a pilot employee engagement programme in 2004, linking with their own internal training programme. Anglo American employees visiting the UK as part of management training were invited to join an Earthwatch Institute conservation field research project. The aim of this integrated programme was to educate and enhance an employee’s understanding of the environment.
