Caroline Bayer
- Manager Partnerships and Supporter Relations
Caroline Bayer came to Earthwatch with 13 years of local, state and federal Government experience, including major contract management, environmental and asset management - with a short stint in Edinburgh, Scotland. This has also included many years of database management, administration and implementation.
Caroline has taken part in two Earthwatch expeditions, both as a supporter and recently as a staff member. Along with the majority of our volunteers, she was greatly inspired by her first expedition researching bottle-nose dolphins and aspired to work for Earthwatch one day...that day has finally arrived! Caroline's passion for the environment and the natural world led her to the decision to pursue work in her true field of interest. She has travelled the world extensively spending plenty of time outdoors in many amazing and challenging places, and is a keen photographer.
Caroline adopts a variety of skills; currently working on administration and management of corporate partnerships and fielding corporate fellows, as well as managing Earthwatch's sponsors and donors program.
Caroline joined Earthwatch in March 2007.
