Executive Director – Richard Gilmore 
Richard Gilmore joined Earthwatch in 2007 firstly as Operations and Programs Director and was appointed Executive Director the same year. After seven years working in the financial markets, Richard joined Amcor Recycling in 2001. During his five years at Amcor Richard held a number of roles, most recently as NSW Business Development Manager. The responsibilities of this role included national account management, new business, OHS&E, operations and trade practices compliance. Richard was an Earthwatch corporate Fellow in 2005 and assisted Dr Mark Huxham with the in-country establishment of Earthwatch's Sri Lankan Mangroves project in 2006.
Richard is currently undertaking a Master of Environmental Management Degree at UNSW and is married with two daughters.
Executive Assistant /Office Manager - Pauline Byron
Pauline joined Earthwatch in 2004 as Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
She has over 20 years experience in a wide variety of roles including Project Officer in the Education Department of the Victorian State Government and various administrative positions in the private and public sectors.
Pauline has always been passionate about the marine environment and joined Earthwatch to contribute to the conservation and preservation of the world's oceans.
Pauline is responsible for the day to day running of the Earthwatch office and is the assistant to the Executive Director.
Finance Accountant - Caroline Dunn 
Caroline joined Earthwatch in 2004 in the part time position of Finance Accountant. In July 2006 Caroline qualified for a Master of Environment at The University of Melbourne. She is now embarking on her PhD with the title "Making sense of social research in forestry". Social research is helping managers and policy makers to understand community issues related to resource management, including forestry, but more needs to be understood about how this research becomes useful. Her project is part of the Communities Project in the Trees in the Landscape research programme.
Before commencing her current studies, Caroline qualified for a Commerce Degree at University of Melbourne, and spent 5 years working as an Auditor with Deloitte and then as a Tax Accountant. Her other associations include being the treasurer for the Indigenous Flora and Fauna Association and a director of the Victorian Indigenous Nurseries Cooperative.
She enjoys rock climbing and cycling.
