Submit Your Photo

From April 27 to May 27 Earthwatch Australia is asking you to ‘Picture this’ and join our national photo competition. We are asking you to share your best Earthwatch expedition photo and tell us what you learnt or how you were inspired.

We want this competition to go beyond the photo. We want to tell people about Earthwatch and why our expeditions are necessary for a sustainable planet. To do this we need to inspire people and the best way is through your impressions and stories. Help us to show the world how your photo represents this better world and how you helped get us a step closer.

See what you can win!

The most inspiring photo and caption will win based on how many Facebook ‘likes’ it receives through our inspirational gallery. The more people you inspire, the better chance you have of winning.

The winner will receive a brand new Helly Hansen H2-Flow jacket valued at $249.95. This jacket, only available from May, combines different materials in a unique construction for optimal performance. It helps you stay warm under harsh conditions, but also allows you to adapt and cool down easily - and it’s light! This is the first jacket that completely puts the person wearing it in control of his or her own body climate – a perfect addition to any expedition packing list! Visit Helly Hansen for more information.

Two runners up will each receive a Frank Green reusable eco coffee cup and filter water bottle valued at $39.90. Made from recycled materials, Frank Green offers everyday people the next generation of stylish, affordable and environmentally sustainable coffee cups and filter water bottles. Visit Frank Green for more information.
