Managing Staff
Earthwatch (Europe) recognises that our corporate responsibility applies equally to how we conduct our internal and external affairs.
Delivering our mission relies on the knowledge, skill and commitment of our 60 staff members and 5 office volunteers. To this end we ensure we comply with both Safety and Employment legislation and, where feasible, best employment practice, by developing and delivering a range of staff policies and objectives. These policies are agreed by the executive management team and are implemented by the Personnel Manager.
Earthwatch (Europe) is proud to have successfully obtained and retained the Investors in People award for the past 8 years: an external accreditation that is given to organisations who display good practice in the area of staff training, development and communication.
