Peter Stimpson
Financial Controller
Pete joined Earthwatch in March 2012 as Financial Controller. After completing a degree in Accountancy & Management at Cardiff University Pete gained experience as a management accountant in the private sector, completing his CIMA qualification before moving in to the charity sector to take up a Finance Manager role.
Pete leads the finance department in the UK and is responsible for producing monthly financial information, budgets and regular forecasts as well as managing cash, working on pricing of new business proposals and working with programme managers to ensure that individual budgets are managed successfully.
Outside of work Pete enjoys reading about history, going to as many concerts as he can from country to classical, a game of squash and planning new travel adventures.

Sally Martin
Human Resources Manager - Extn: 812
Sally is responsible for developing and implementing Earthwatch's human resources strategy and enabling the organisation to deliver its mission effectively while complying with employment legislation and best practice.
Sally holds a degree in Public Administration and Managerial Studies and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She previously worked for several years in head hunting and recruitment, including a spell in the Netherlands recruiting across mainland Europe, before gaining her CIPD qualification and a wealth of HR experience across a variety of sectors.
Sally enjoys sport, she is a keen runner and gym goer and supports Leicester City Football Club. She also enjoys painting. Other than that her two active young boys keep her spare time pretty tied up.
