Leaving a gift to Earthwatch in your will is a wonderful gift to future generations. It will help Earthwatch build on the deliverance of our mission, and ensure your committment to and passion for the environment, lives on.
If you are a UK tax payer, a gift of shares to Earthwatch exempts you from capital gains on the donated shares, and also attracts income tax relief. Similar relief applies to donations of land or buildings.
Gift your UK Tax Refund to Earthwatch
If you are a UK tax payer, paper tax returns are due 31 October each year and online tax returns are due 31 January. If you are owed a tax refund (repayment) by HMRC, you can donate all or part of it to Earthwatch…and increase the value of this gift with Gift Aid. The scheme is called SA (Self Assessment) Donate. Just complete the form SA100 (paper or online) using Earthwatch’s charity code QAD84SG, and HMRC will do the rest for you. If you are a tax payer in another European country, consider donating your tax refund to Earthwatch after you receive it!

Earthwatch values financial support from companies of all sizes. Your company can make a general donation, contribute to a special programme, donate goods or services, or include Earthwatch in its workplace giving programme.
