Earthwatch responds to VSO's warning to gap-year students urging them to watch out for badly planned volunteer projects.
A group of enthusiastic Earthwatch volunteers got together to swap tales from the field during an evening of celebration in July. The volunteers' contributions to environmental research were recognised by Earthwatch Executive Director, Nigel Winser, who hosted the event.
