Aviva joined CERG in 1997. They believe that Earthwatch represents a very worthwhile environmental initiative with an innovative approach to scientific research. They are pleased to lend their support to the charity and believe that it can offer much in return. Aviva sponsors the Aviva/Earthwatch Europe Award for Climate Change Research. The award is granted to an individual field scientist, currently working with Earthwatch, who is carrying out research relating to the issues of climate change.
