Earthwatch Institute’s mission is to promote sustainable conservation of our natural resources and cultural heritage by creating partnerships between scientists, educators and the general public. To realize this mission, Earthwatch Institute has three recognized areas of focus: Research, Education and Conservation. This year, Earthwatch will sponsor over 130 scientific field research projects in 49 countries and 18 American states, making estimated volunteer field grants of $3.7 million.

Field Management Coordinator

The Field Management Coordinator will work closely with all members of the HCP team to provide support and organize department functioning, but primarily support the Head of Climate Change Field Centers. The FMC is the key position responsible for maintaining streamlined programs, creating efficient processes and procedures, and acting as department liaison while other members of the HCP team are traveling.

Trilingual Corporate Fellowship Coordinator

The Trilingual Corporate Fellowship Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Fellowship Manager and other relevant Earthwatch HCP staff with the effective implementation of the HCP fellowship program in North and Latin America. The CFC will administer HSBC employee and local stakeholder recruitment, pre-expedition preparation, and post-expedition deliverables. The CFC will also play a role in administration of local volunteering projects as deemed appropriate. The CFC will be responsible for overseeing the participation of 125+/- HCP fellows per year on Earthwatch expeditions at the Regional Climate Centers in the USA and Brazil.
